柬埔寨房屋投報率亮眼,高達7%-10%,整整為台北市的7.5倍,在首都金邊服務式公寓大樓目前有374 棟,但常駐在金邊的外國人數約有47000 至50000 人,柬埔寨就業的外籍人口比例約68%,公寓市場目前供不應求。且柬埔寨的存放款利率高於台灣,柬國當地銀行1年期的定存利率約在6%-7%間,與台灣利差達到5%以上,約台灣的3倍,台灣母行隨時可匯出資金供當地分行或支行使用,國內資金可靈活運用,成為房產投資不可忽視紅利因素。
